Abstract:
A loading/unloading management system (10) comprises: an imaging unit (31) for capturing a moving image when an opening portion of a refrigerator (20) is viewed from above; a food product detecting unit (37) for subjecting the moving image to image processing to detect whether a stationary object other than the refrigerator (20) appears in a first region of the moving image; a hand/arm detecting unit (38) for subjecting the moving image to image processing to detect whether a hand or arm of a user positioned in front of the opening portion appears in a second region of the moving image; and a determining unit (39) which, on the condition that a stationary object other than the refrigerator (20) appears in the first region in a period in which the hand or arm of the user does not appear in the second region, determines that the stationary object is an object to be subjected to inventory management.
