Abstract:
An entering/leaving management system includes a mobile terminal device and a management server. When entering or leaving a particular room, a manager brings the mobile terminal device and a room IC card and presses a start key in the mobile terminal device, so that the room IC card reads room identification information and time information acquired by time management means and the room identification information are added to user identification information read from a user IC card by the IC card read means so as to create entering/leaving management information which is stored in information storage means. After all the user IC cards are read, the entering/leaving management information stored in the information storage means is transmitted to the management server by information transmission means so as to be stored in the management server. The management server cross-references the entering/leaving management information stored in the management server with user basic information and room basic information, thereby managing a user entering/leaving a particular room.
