Abstract:
Provided is an entry/exit management system that can prevent determining that an abnormality has occurred in an autonomous moving object that is moving normally. An entry/exit management system according to the present invention comprises: an area-exterior communication apparatus (2) that is provided outside a managed area, entry into said managed area being possible via a door (1), and reads identification information from an autonomous moving object (7); a door control unit (11) that controls the door (1) on the basis of the area-exterior communication apparatus (2) having read the identification information of the autonomous moving object (7); a moving object monitoring unit (13) that determines that an abnormality has occurred in the autonomous moving object (7) if the content of an entry/exit history of the autonomous moving object (7) into the managed area does not satisfy a determination requirement (9c); and a determination requirement setting unit (16) that modifies the determination requirement (9c) on the basis of information indicating the current condition of the managed area.
