This manifold for a body support device is placed within a case together with an air supply source. The manifold for a body support device has a first opening through which air from the air supply source is supplied, multiple second openings connected to an opening of the case, a space communicating with the first opening, and multiple flow paths which connect the space and the multiple second openings and are opened and closed. The inside of the manifold for a body support device is sealed.
