Abstract:
A manipulator transmission mechanism for a press, comprising: a Y-axis support (1), a Y-axis frame (2), diagonal bracing supports (3), suspension beams (4), an X-axis frame (5), a Z-axis frame (6), and a speed multiplication rod (7). The diagonal bracing supports (3) for reinforcing and damping are provided on both sides of the Y-axis support (1); a Y-axis motor drives the Y-axis frame (2) to move back and forth on the Y-axis support (1) by means of a gear and a rack; the suspension beams (4) are vertically arranged on both sides of the bottom of the Y-axis frame (2); the X-axis frame (5) is provided on the suspension beams (4); a slide carriage is fixedly connected to a conveyor belt; an X-axis motor drives the slide carriage to move back and forth on the X-axis frame (5) by means of a transmission wheel and the conveyor belt; the speed multiplication rod (7) is provided at the bottom of the Z-axis frame (6); a Z-axis motor drives the Z-axis frame (6) to move up and down on the slide carriage by means of a gear and a rack. The manipulator transmission mechanism can effectively reduce the instability caused by vibration of the press, saves the weight, and achieves speed multiplication movement of a manipulator.
