Abstract:
The present application has been applied to the Korean Intellectual Property Office as Korean patent application no. KR 10-2014-0062424 in 2014, and has been applied to the PCT application. The office action and the like were not solved due to various reasons, but this time, the present application has been applied with amendments, corrections, and improvements. To briefly summarize: 1. a knife has essentially been used at close hand all the time in the survival of human beings, and is essential, without change in the future, to be used to cut and cook food ingredients; 2. it is fact that food cooked by cutting food ingredients with the knife becomes necessary energy of the human being, a force generated during the process of cutting the ingredients is considered a friction resistance (force generated from both surfaces of a knife width and both surfaces of an ingredient to be cut off), and a human being's hand solves such a force, instead of a force generated from nature or machine; 3. technology for replacing a human being's force has been developed of taking a major step forward in many ways so as to improve the quality of life, but when cooking food, which is the source of a human being's life, ingredients have to be vitally cut, and the source of a force coming from the blade of a knife for cutting food ingredients needs heavy labor only, which is a force of a human being's hand; and 4. it is considered that only the form of a knife has been conveniently developed up to now, without solving the substance of the problem. Therefore, the present application is considered to open the first door in this field, while there are no such applications, by replacing various knives with blade frames by minimizing friction resistance, using a press stroke by replacing a force of a hand, and the like. The present application is surely helpful for humankind in the future, and because the first door is opened in this field, which has not been solved since mankind used tools, the imperfect points thereof remain as problems to be solved. It is expected that the present cutter contributes to industrial development and is applied to each field such that there are developments in these fields.
