Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a manual pipe bending mechanism, comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein a bending disc (2) is arranged above the bottom plate (1); a rotating arm (3) is coaxially arranged below the center of the bending disc (2), and is provided with a bending abutting block (301), and when the rotating arm (3) rotates around the center of the bending disc (301), the bending abutting block (301) remains tangent to the bending disc (2); the bottom plate (1) is provided with an engagement assembly (4) parallel to the rotating arm (3), and an output end of the engagement assembly (4) abuts against the bending disc (2), so as to keep a pipe fixed; and an engagement block (5) is arranged on one side of the bending disc (2) on the bottom plate (1), so that an end of the pipe is engaged with the engagement block (5). The manual bending mechanism can bend objects such as pipes and steel bars, and has a simple overall structure. The bending disc (2) and the bending abutting block (301) on the rotating arm (3) are used, such that by means of control of manual force, a pipe or a steel bar can be freely bent by 0-180 degrees.
