Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a manual pipeline bending mechanism, comprising a bottom plate, wherein a bending disc is arranged above the bottom plate; a rotating arm is coaxially arranged below the circle center of the bending disc, and is provided with a bending abutting block, and when the rotating arm rotates around the circle center of the bending disc, the bending abutting block remains tangent with the bending disc; the bottom plate is provided with an engagement assembly parallel to the rotating arm, and an output end of the engagement assembly abuts against the bending disc, so as to keep a pipeline fixed; and an engagement block is arranged on one side of the bending disc on the bottom plate, so that an end of the pipeline is engaged with the engagement block. The new manual bending mechanism is designed, can bend objects such as a pipeline and a steel bar, and is simple in overall structure. The bending disc and the bending abutting block on the rotating arm are used, such that by means of manpower control, the pipeline or the steel bar can be freely bent by 0-180 degrees.
