A manually-operated pattern cutter comprising a housing (1), a template, press rollers, fixing bases, a pad, and a driving mechanism. The press rollers are constituted by a first press roller (4) and a second press roller (5). The press rollers rotate under the constraint of the fixing bases. The fixed bases comprise a positioning fixing base (3) and slidable fixing bases. The positioning fixing base (3) is provided with a slide groove. The slidable fixing bases are embedded within the slide groove and move along the slide groove. The slidable fixing bases comprise a first slidable fixing base (31) rotatively connected with the first press roller (4) and a second slidable fixing base (32) rotatively connected with the second press roller (5). Also comprised is a roller spacing adjustment mechanism. The roller spacing adjustment mechanism comprises a gear-position adjustment mechanism and a fine-tuning mechanism. The gear-position adjustment mechanism drives the first slidable fixing base (31) to move along the slide groove. The fine-tuning mechanism drives the second slidable fixing base (32) to move along the slide groove. The cutter can adapt to specific requirements of various pattern media and pattern making, thus increasing the efficiency of pattern making.
