Abstract:
In this manufacturing commissioning assistance device, a control unit acquires, from a manufacturer terminal, three-dimensional drawing data and a desired processing condition for a product for which manufacturing is to be commissioned, simulates a processing step for the product for which manufacturing is to be commissioned in a three-dimensional space on the basis of the three-dimensional drawing data and three-dimensional device data and processability conditions acquired in advance from terminals of a plurality of processing companies, identifies an automation device which can execute a processing step satisfying the desired processing condition among the automation devices possessed by the processing companies, outputs the identification result to the manufacturer terminal, and outputs a teaching program for operating the automation device and a processing instruction for the product for which manufacturing is to be commissioned to the terminal of the processing company possessing the identified automation device when an order placement instruction has been acquired from the manufacturer terminal.
