Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing device for in-mold pressing molding of non-woven fabrics for automobile surface decoration, comprising a base, hydraulic rods, and a machine tool. The two sides of the upper end of the base are connected to sliding rails, and sliding blocks are mounted at the outer sides of the middles of the sliding rails; the hydraulic rods are embedded at the two sides of the tops of the sliding blocks, and top covers are arranged on the tops of the hydraulic rods; the machine tool is fixed on the top of the middle of the base, and a lower mold is provided on the top of the middle of the machine tool. In the present invention, by providing the base, the sliding rails, the sliding blocks, and the hydraulic rods, the sliding blocks are connected to the outer walls of the sliding rails in an up and down sliding manner by means of the hydraulic rods, and the sliding blocks are symmetrically distributed along the middle axis of the base; when a user needs to perform in-mold pressing on the non-woven fabrics, the hydraulic rods can be opened in use and drive the sliding blocks to move downwards, and an upper mold and the lower mold fit to each other; moreover, the sliding blocks are distributed along the two sides of the base to ensure that when the sliding blocks move downwards, the upper mold moves downwards in a horizontal state at constant speed, and the stability of the whole structure is ensured.
