Abstract:
A manufacturing device for a plant solid section in a heat-not-burn tobacco and a working method thereof. The device comprises a forming component and an extrusion mechanism (20). The forming component comprises a tube body (11) and a hole formation rod (12). The tube body (11) has a first end (111) and a second end (114), forms an extrusion channel (1101) between the first end (111) and the second end (114) for containing a material body, and forms an outlet (1102) on the second end (114). An axis of the hole formation rod (12) is kept parallel to an axis of the tube body (11). The extrusion mechanism (20) comprises an extrusion arm (21) and a drive unit (22). The extrusion arm (21) has an extrusion end (211), and is slidably connected to the drive unit (22). The extrusion end (211) of the extrusion arm (21) is provided in the extrusion channel (1101) in a manner of being sealably and slidably attached to the inner wall of the tube body (11). The extrusion arm (21) is driven by the drive unit (22) to extrude the material body located in the extrusion channel (1101), and then one end of the hole formation rod (12) can at least extend to the outlet (1102) so as to integrally form a through hole after the material body is extruded from the outlet (1102).
