Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing facility malfunction diagnostic device which is capable of carrying out a malfunction diagnosis of a manufacturing facility irrespective of the state of the manufacturing facility. Provided is a manufacturing facility malfunction diagnostic device, comprising: a feature value storage unit which stores information of feature values which capture operating states of a manufacturing facility; a data transform unit which transforms data which at least includes operation data of the manufacturing facility or measurement data of a measuring device which is disposed upon the manufacturing facility; a feature value analysis unit which, on the basis of the information of the feature values which is stored in the feature value storage unit, analyzes the data which has been transformed with the data transform unit; a data restoration unit which restores the data on the basis of the information of the feature values which is stored in the feature value storage unit and the information of the result of the analysis by the feature value analysis unit; a malfunction degree computation unit which computes a malfunction degree on the basis of the data which was used in the analysis by the feature value analysis unit and the data which has been restored by the data restoration unit; and a malfunction diagnostic unit which carries out a malfunction diagnosis on the basis of the malfunction degree which has been computed by the malfunction degree computation unit.
