CLAIMS
1. Method for manufacturing a stainless steel baby bottle equipped with volumetric means, comprising steps of ; manufacture transparent resin window 6 same size as capacity indication window 2 attached to stainless steel bottle 3; insert transparent resin window 6 into the cast and catapult outside bottle 1 bigger than stainless steel bottle 3; polish outer surface of the outside bottle 1 ; form upper part of the main body 4 connected to upper portion of the outside bottle 1; connect upper part of the main body 4 onto the stainless steel bottle 3 and fix them together; form aerial space 5 between outside bottle 1 and stainless steel bottle 3 by fixing stainless steel bottle 3 onto outside bottle 1; and coincide position of the transparent resin window 6 formed on outside bottle with transparent glass formed on stainless steel bottle and a packing process for the resulting baby bottle.
2. Method for manufacturing a stainless steel baby bottle equipped with volumetric means, comprising steps of; manufacture transparent resin window 6 same size as capacity indication window 2 attached to stainless steel bottle 3; insert transparent resin window 6 into the cast and catapult outside bottle 1 bigger than stainless steel bottle 3; polish outer surface of the outside bottle 1; form lower part of the main body 4 connected to lower portion of the outside bottle 1; connect lower part of the main body 4 onto the stainless steel bottle 3 and fix them together to form aerial space 5 between outside bottle 1 and stainless steel bottle 3; fix lower part of the main body onto lower portion outside bottle 1, and a packing process for the resulting baby bottle.
3. A stainless steel baby bottle with volumetric means, in which attached and fixed upper part of the main body 4 formed by resin onto the stainless steel bottle 3 and attached and fixed outside bottle 1 onto the lower portion of the stainless steel bottle and insert packing between upper part of main body 1 and outside bottle 1 and screw outside 1 bottle into upper part of main body 4 to form aerial space is formed between outside bottle 1 and stainless steel bottle 3, because stainless steel bottle 3 is manufactured smaller than outside bottle 1, furthermore, coincide position of the transparent resin window 6 formed on outside bottle with transparent glass formed on stainless steel bottle and a packing process for the resulting baby bottle.
4. A stainless steel baby as set forth in claim 3, wherein lower part of outside bottle 1 manufactured as opened and form connect part 7 on the outer surface having screw part on the lower end of the out side bottle 1 and form screw part on the lower part of main body 7 to connect and fix with stainless steel bottle with outer bottle 1 and coincide position of the transparent resin window 6 with capacity indication window 2, and then put rubber packing on connect part formed on the lower end of the out side bottle.

THE MANUFACTURING AND ITS DEVICE FOR THERMAL DEVICE ON THERMAL STAINLESS BABY BOTTLE WHICH HAS CAPACITY CHECKING GLASS TECHNICAL FIELD Present invention relates, in general, to a baby bottle manufacture by using stainless steel material which is not harmful to human body and, more particularly, to a stainless steel baby bottle which is equipped with volumetric means by which the content of the baby bottle can be quantified with ease and it also equipped outside surface of stainless steel baby bottle with plastic for obtaining effect of retaining heat.

PRIOR ART Traditionally, baby bottle are manufacturing with harmless transparent plastic, so once being used, it must be sterilized in hot boiled water because the milk left in the bottles is readily contaminated with harmful germs. But, recent experiment report have warned that most of the plastic baby bottles produce carcinogens and heavy metals when baby bottle is sterilizing in boiling water which became social problem.

In other words, women delivered of a child whom cannot produce breast milk, or women whom willing to maintain their figure will feed milk or powered milk to their babies. So for those women, they must carry several baby bottles, powered milk container, and water bottles to feed their babies.

Furthermore, once plastic baby bottle are being used, it can not be reused without sterilization in hot boiled water, because plastic baby bottle are easily changed in quality by condition of temperature and humidity However, since recent experiment report have warned that most of the plastic baby bottles produce carcinogens and heavy metals when baby bottle is sterilizing in boiling water, parent are afraid of using plastic baby bottle, but presently parents do not have any other choice to feed their children except plastic baby bottle.

Furthermore, manufacturing companies do not collect and recycle broken bottles, because it is cheaper and more economy to produce new baby bottle than repair or recycle broken baby bottle, so parents throw them away with other wastes which resulted waste of row materials.

Moreover, for the babies who are not reared on mother's milk need several baby bottles together with a powered-milk container and a water bottle during an

outing, in order to feed the milk to them timely. Generally, these baby-feeding supplies are carried, together with other necessaries for the baby, such as diapers and toys, in a bag while parent and a baby are out.

So, it is insanitary to keep baby bottle with various items in a bag, because parents will touch baby bottle whenever they are looking for items from the bag, so it is possible for baby bottles may suffer from a disadvantage of being contaminated with impurities.

Further, when babies grow to an ablactation state, the baby bottles are necessary. In this case, the materials associated with the baby bottles are also wasted.

Currently, stainless steel baby bottle, which can supplement plastic baby bottle, are suggested in the Japayaese Utility Model Publication so62-92829ho.

Aforesaid creation suggested to construct body of stainless steel baby bottle in double to create empty space in the middle which can get effect of retaining heat, and it also suggested to manufacture fixing cap of teat by using stainless, abovementioned creation suggested to equipped with volumetric means by which the content of the baby bottle can be quantified with ease, but it did not indicate or suggest method to manufacture such stainless steel baby bottle.

To overcome the above problems encountered in prior arts, the inventor of present invention has suggested in the Korean Patent Application No 1998- 0053157 that stainless steel baby bottle which does not produce toxic materials, such as environmental hormones, upon boiling or microwaving, and form vertical hole, and attach transparent plastic on connection slit of vertical hole by using harmless transparent bond, so content of the bottle can be easily seen or quantified.

In accordance with another aspect of the above application (Korean Patent Application 1998-0053157), there is provided a stainless steel baby bottle equipped with a volumetric means, comprising the steps of : rolling a stainless steel plate into a cylindrical body and fixing it by welding; cutting cylindrical body same size as baby bottle; molding an end of the cylinder into neck part of a baby bottle; pressing the cylinder to form a lengthwise slit at predetermined portion; recessing the slit by pressing; providing a base surface to the bottom of the cylinder and fixing it by welding; subjecting the cylinder to electro polishing ; printing a scale along the lengthwise slit and figure on the cylinder by electro deposition; applying silicon to the recessed part to form a window which allows clear view of the inside of the main body; and conducting a washing process, a sterilizing process at 120 C and a packaging process for the resulting baby bottle.

However, consumers do not favor stainless baby bottles produced according to above Korean patent application, because outside surface is feel cold when holding it, and it does not have any other effectiveness compare to normal plastic baby bottle except it does not produce toxic materials, so it has weakened competitiveness in the market.

Furthermore, aforesaid stainless baby bottle can not retaining heat, so like normal plastic baby bottle, it also need to bring separate water to mix powered milk, it is very danger to feed babies with above stainless steel baby bottle after keeping it in the refrigerator, because babies might drop stainless steel baby bottle caused by water drop which is formed on outside surface of stainless steel baby bottle due to the temperature difference.

It is also very difficult to change in design and color, because material for outer surface of above baby bottle is stainless steel, and stainless steel is manufacturing only in one color, so parents and babies are easily get bored.

Present invention is invented to solve these kinds of problems, so it formed air-layer between stainless baby bottle and outer bottle by attaching outer bottle on the outside surface of stainless baby bottle, which can bring the effect of retaining heat and which also allow to change in various design so student can use then as water bottle and carry them with their lunch box.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Therefore it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above problems encountered in prior arts and to provide a baby bottle which does not produce toxic materials, such as environmental hormones, upon boiling or microwaving, and is equipped with a volumetric means through which the content of the bottle can be easily seen or quantified.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing such a baby bottle.

In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stainless steel baby bottle with volumetric means, in which a lengthwise window is formed in a main body of the baby bottle and allows the quantification of the content of the baby bottle there through, said window being composed of a lengthwise slit and a transparent material applied thereto.

In accordance with present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a stainless steel baby bottle equipped with volumetric means, comprising steps of ; rolling a stainless steel plate into a cylindrical body and fixing it by welding; cutting the cylinder into a proper size; molding an end of

the cylinder into a neck part of a baby bottle; pressing the cylinder to form a lengthwise slit at a predetermined portion; recessing the slit by pressing; providing a base surface to the bottom of the cylinder and fixing it by welding; subjecting the cylinder to electro polishing; printing a scale along the lengthwise slit and figures on the cylinder by electro deposition; applying silicon to the recessed part to form a window which allows the clear view of the inside of the main body; and conducting a washing process, a sterilizing process at 120 C.

In addition to above steps the present invention is provided a method for manufacturing a stainless steel baby bottle equipped with volumetric means, comprising the steps of; mark scale on a cast and manufacture transparent resin window same size as capacity indication window attached to stainless steel bottle; insert transparent resin window into the cast and catapult outside bottle bigger than stainless steel bottle; polish outer surface of the outside bottle; form upper part of the main body connected to upper portion of the outside bottle; connect upper part of the main body onto the stainless steel bottle and fix them together; fix outside bottle onto outside stainless bottle by connecting them to form aerial space between outside bottle and stainless steel bottle, and also coincide position of the transparent resin window formed on outside bottle with capacity indication window formed on stainless steel bottle and a packing process for the resulting baby bottle.

Best Modes Carrying Out the Invention The application of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is best understood with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals are used for like and corresponding parts, respectively.

First, referring to Fig. l, there is shown a manufacturing process of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, the present invention has manufacturing process of; first, forming transparent resin window 6, and then forming outside bottle 1. Next, polishing and forming upper part of main body 4. Thereafter, fixing upper part of main body onto the stainless steel bottle 3. Finally, fixing outside bottle 1 onto the upper part of the main body 4, and packed. Fig 3 is illustrated baby bottle according to the present invention. As shown in Fig. 3, the baby comprises a stainless steel bottle 3 with calibrated lengthwise window. The calibrated capacity indication window 2 is composed of recessed lengthwise slit 2 stuffed with transparent material as seen in the partially enlarged view of Fig.

6, thus allowing the clear view of the inside of the stainless steel bottle, and it also has upper part of the main body 4, and outside bottle which has lengthwise transparent resin window 6. The transparent resin window 6 is composed of composed of recessed lengthwise slit 2 stuffed with transparent material as seen in the partially enlarged view of Fig. 6.

[First Embodiment] This embodiment is provided a method for manufacturing a stainless steel baby bottle equipped with volumetric means, comprising the steps of ; manufacture transparent resin window 6 same size as capacity indication window 2 attached to stainless steel bottle 3; insert transparent resin window 6

into the cast and catapult outside bottle 1 bigger than stainless steel bottle 3; polish outer surface of the outside bottle 1; form upper part of the main body 4 connected to upper portion of the outside bottle 1; connect upper part of the main body 4 onto the stainless steel bottle 3 and fix them together; form aerial space 5 between outside bottle 1 and stainless steel bottle 3 by fixing stainless steel bottle 3 onto outside bottle 1, and also coincide position of the transparent resin window 6 formed on outside bottle with transparent glass formed on stainless steel bottle and a packing process for the resulting baby bottle.

Structure of Baby bottle for present invention is explaining below; Connect and fix upper part of the main body 4 composed by resin onto stainless steel bottle 3 having capacity indication window 2, and then put stainless steel bottle 3 to outside bottle 1 to form aerial space 5 between stainless steel bottle 3 and outside bottle 1 and fix outside bottle 1 with stainless steel bottle 3 by screwing with upper part of main body.

After above process, form same size transparent resin window 6 as capacity indication window 2 formed on stainless steel bottle 3 on outside bottle 1 and coincide position of the transparent resin window 6 with capacity indication window 2 when connecting stainless steel bottle 3 with outside bottle 1 for the resulting baby bottle, unexplained numerals 10 is cap for nipple, 11 is cap for bottle and 12 is cap for water bottle.

Same effect of the present invention can be achieved by manufacturing lower part of outside bottle 1 as opened and form connect part 7 on the outer surface having screw part on the lower end of the out side bottle 1 and form screw part on the lower part of main body 7 to connect and fix with stainless steel bottle with outer bottle 1 and coincide position of the transparent resin window 6 with capacity indication window 2, and then put rubber packing on connect part formed on the lower end of the out side bottle.

Effect of Baby bottle for present invention is explaining below; Manufacture transparent resin window same size as capacity indication window 2 attached to stainless steel bottle 3 and insert transparent resin window into the cast and catapult outside bottle bigger than stainless steel bottle 1.

At this stage, outside bottle 1 is catapulted as the transparent resin window 6 is inserted on the cast so outside bottle 1 and transparent resin window 6 is catapulted and formed as one, so when outside bottle 1 is catapulted, so outer surface of the outside bottle 1 must be polished.

Furthermore, catapulted upper part of main body 1 connected on upper portion of stainless steel bottle 3 and fixes it on upper portion stainless steel

bottle 3 by cut and expanded outer part of stainless steel bottle 3 neck.

At above stage, connect outside bottle 1 from the lower portion of stainless steel bottle and fixes it by screwing with upper part 4 connected on upper portion of the stainless steel bottle and insert packing 9 between upper part 4 and outside bottle 1 for waterproof.

At above stage, aerial space is formed between outside bottle 1 and stainless steel bottle 3, because stainless steel bottle 3 is manufactured smaller than outside bottle 1, so when stainless steel bottle 3 contained hot water, the hot water will heat air contained in aerial space 5, which will allow retaining heat.

Furthermore, same effect of the present invention can be achieved by providing outside bottle 1 having screw connect part 7 on the lower portion of the outside bottle 1 and forming screw connect part on the lower part of main body 8 and fixes stainless steel bottle 3 and outside bottle 1 and insert packing 9 on connect part formed on outside bottle 1 and then connect lower part of main body 8 as illustrated in Fig. 7.

As described above, the present invention form bottle using stainless steel so it is harmless to human body and form aerial space between stainless steel bottle and outside bottle formed by resin to gain an effect of retaining the heat.

Moreover, it has simple structure so it is easy to manufacture, and when bottle is destroyed, people will collect the bottle because it is built into a stainless steel, which can be recycled.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY Present invention is about stainless steel bottle, which can supplement problems of the prior art by manufacturing baby bottle using stainless steel and form aerial space by putting and connecting stainless steel bottle into outside bottle comprised by resin which can give effect of insulate heat.

Moreover, baby bottle according to the present invention allow producing baby bottle in various designs so it is possible to use it as a water bottle after baby is grown up.
