Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a comb-like toothpick, comprising a first shaping step: after using a fixing device (40) to clamp and fix a wood block (1), the wood block (1) is driven to a pre-set processing and cutting position to be cut and shaped by a hob (20), wherein a plurality of cutter models (21) are provided on the surface of the hob (20), and a cutter point (211) is provided on the top of each cutter model (21), at least one cutter angle (212) is in a middle part of two sides of each cutter model, and a cutter groove (213) is provided in the connection part between two cutter models (21), and after being cut by the hob (20), the wood block (1) forms a plurality of toothpick bodies (10), wherein the toothpick bodies (10) are shaped to have a top flange (101), a stepped part (102) and a bottom groove (103); a second shaping step: after completing the first shaping step, one end of the plurality of toothpick bodies (10) is deeply cut from a pre-set distance of an end flange thereof to the end at a pre-set radian or inclination to form a front end (11); and a cropping step: a cutter (50) is used to crop the toothpick (10) which has already been through the above-mentioned first and second shaping step, and the thickness of the cutter (50) is greater than the depth from the toothpick top flange (101) to the bottom groove (103).
