Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for preventing or treating a highly pathogenic avian influenza virus infection and a composition for preventing or treating a highly pathogenic avian influenza virus infection prepared using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a highly pathogenic avian influenza virus infection, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a highly pathogenic avian influenza virus infection prepared using same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: preparing an extract obtained by extracting a mixture of oat hulls and Moringa roots with a vacuum concentrator in a vacuum at low temperature (S10); preparing a seed including Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Monascus ruber (S20); and preparing a fermented product by adding acetylglucosamine to the mixture of the extract, the seed, and molasses (S30).
