Abstract:
The present application discloses a manufacturing method for a cotton felt front wall sound insulation pad, comprising the following steps: 1) material preparation: preparing a hard-layer cotton felt and a soft-layer cotton felt, and pre-attaching a PE film to the soft-layer cotton felt; 2) oven heating: heating the hard-layer cotton felt and the soft-layer cotton felt by means of a partitioned oven; 3) hard layer forming: placing the hard-layer cotton felt on a first die body, and carrying out punching forming; and 4) forming punching: placing a hard-layer semi-finished product on a second die body, and paving one side of the PE film of the soft-layer cotton felt downwards on the hard-layer semi-finished product, to realize fitting forming of soft and hard layers. The manufacturing method for a cotton felt front wall sound insulation pad replaces a steam thermoforming process, improves the applicability of equipment to a site, reduces the labor intensity, is low in die cost, high in automation degree and short in forming time, and improves the overall efficiency.
