Abstract:
Provided are a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a peeling member, with which an excellent peeling member capable of enduring long-term use without variation in quality can be manufactured inexpensively, by a simple means, and with a high productivity. This manufacturing method for a peeling member includes a film adhering step, in which, after a tip edge 2b of a tip part 2a of a backing 2 is arranged on an adhesive layer side of a non-adhesive resin film 4 such that the tip of the non-adhesive resin film 4 projects from the tip edge 2b, a plurality of rollers 21-25 are evenly pressed upon the non-adhesive resin film 4 successively from one side end to the other side end in the lengthwise direction of the backing 2, such that the non-adhesive resin film 4 enfolds the tip edge 2b of the backing 2 and is thus adhered to both surfaces of the tip part 2a of the backing 2.
