Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a flexible display, the manufacturing method comprising the steps of: providing a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a display area and a bending area; forming an inorganic layer on the substrate; etching the inorganic layer in the bending area of the substrate, and replacing the inorganic layer with a first organic layer; forming a metal trace layer on the first organic layer; patterning the metal trace layer; and forming a second organic layer on the metal trace layer, thereby reducing the risk of metal trace stripping and cracking after a flexible display is bent.
