Title:
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR HIGH-SPEED ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/196727
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a high-speed rotor. The high-speed rotor comprises a shaft I (1) and a shaft II (2), wherein the shaft I (1) comprises a first inner hole and a second inner hole that have different hole diameters, the shaft II (2) comprises a first shaft section and a second shaft section that have different diameters, and one end of the first shaft section of the shaft II (2) penetrates the second inner hole of the shaft I (1) and is fixedly connected to one end of the shaft I (1). The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: respectively machining a shaft I (1) and a shaft II (2) to a preset size; assembling and welding the shaft I (1) and the shaft II (2) to form a rotor; performing a surface treatment on the assembled rotor, and then performing fine machining thereon, such that the surface roughness of the rotor is Ra 0.05-0.2, and the coaxiality is 0.001-0.03 mm; and finally, performing dynamic balancing such that the dynamic balance grade reaches G 0.4-2.5. The method can manufacture a high-speed rotor with high precision and a high yield, and achieve fully automated production.
