A manufacturing method for a high-voltage encapsulated transformer for a power supply for power access, comprising the following steps: step 1, material acquisition. Step 2, primary slot-separated winding. Step 3, secondary winding. Step 4, tin soldering. Step 5, visual inspection. Step 6, primary inter-turn voltage withstand testing. Step 7, frame assembly. Step 8, silicon steel sheet assembly. Step 9, silicon steel sheet shaping. Step 10, semi-finished product voltage withstand testing. Step 20, finished product voltage withstand testing. Step 21, finished product electrical performance testing. Step 22, packaging, outgoing quality control, shipment, etc. The beneficial effects of the present transformer are that: preparation processing is reasonably designed, transformers manufactured thereby are of good quality and have a long service life, and the efficiency of manufacturing such products is high, and at the same time, production processing is reasonably designed, the product rejection rate is low, investments of resources and production costs are reduced, and finished products are broadly applicable and have excellent working state stability.
