A manufacturing method of a knitted nonstitch shirt comprises: cutting a two-way or four-way knitted stretch fabric into pieces of fabric having desired shapes and sizes, wherein an adhesive agent is applied to the two-way or four-way knitted stretch fabric at key parts of a shirt, including a cuff, a sleeve placket, a sleeve, a forepart, a front placket, a yoke and a collar, and a laser and a mold are employed to perform cutting, so as to manufacture the target parts, and an electric fabric cutting table is used to cut other parts; and stitching. The invention realizes a perfect combination of knitwear and a shirt. A shirt manufactured by the above method has a precision of 0.1 mm, favorable smoothness, no obvious seams, an attractive appearance and good wash fastness, but does not require ironing, maintains shape, and is lightweight and machine washable. The shirt will not change shape after being washed, and the knitted yarns thereof are soft, smooth, form fitting and comfortable.
