Abstract:
The present invention is a manufacturing method for a multi-layer molded article in which a molded article is molded by forming and laminating a bead weld obtained by melting and solidifying a filler material emitted from a torch, and which includes a first molding step in which a bead weld is formed and laminated in a first welding control mode, and a second molding step in which the bead weld is formed and laminated in a second welding control mode having higher heat input than the first welding control mode. The first welding control mode in the first molding step is a forward/reverse feed control in which the filler material emitted from the torch is subjected to forward/reverse feeding, while the current waveform of power that is supplied to the filler material from a power source is synchronized with the forward/reverse feeding of the filler material.
