Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a radio-frequency coaxial cable having a high degree of foaming, comprising the steps: S1: adding a chemical foaming agent, a nucleating agent, an ultraviolet crosslinking photoinitiator and a crosslinking sensitizer to a base resin, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material A for preparing an insulating layer; S2: using a low-temperature forced extrusion process to extrude material A onto an outer surface of an inner conductor by means of an extruder to form an insulating layer, obtaining a non-foamed insulated cable core; S3: when the non-foamed insulated cable core is extruded from a head of the extruder, immediately using a UV light source to irradiate the non-foamed insulated cable core; S4: subjecting the non-foamed insulated cable core processed in step S3 to heating and foaming treatment so as to foam the insulating layer; S5: covering the outer surface of the foamed insulating cable core with an outer conductor, then extruding a sheath onto an outer surface of the outer conductor by means of an extruder, so as to obtain a radio-frequency coaxial cable. Using the invention, it is possible to obtain a radio-frequency coaxial cable having a high degree of foaming, and reduce attenuation of the cable.
