Abstract:
In the present invention, a manufacturing method is disclosed that includes: a step for preparing a rotor core and a hollow rotor shaft; an arrangement step for disposing the rotor core and the rotor shaft in a manufacturing device and forming a state in which the rotor shaft is positioned radially inside of the rotor core in the manufacturing device; an integration step for fastening the rotor shaft and the rotor core together, after the arrangement step, by increasing the internal pressure of the hollow part of the rotor shaft while the manufacturing device supports the rotor shaft and rotor core; and a measurement step for measuring the amount of radial deformation of the rotor core due to the integration step, by acquiring a parameter value relating to the amount of radial deformation of the rotor core due to the integration step. In the measurement step, the amount of deformation is measured on the basis of parameter values acquired at least at two points in time from before the internal pressure is increased until after the internal pressure is increased and cancelled.
