Abstract:
The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a solar panel with which it is possible to achieve patterning of a transparent electrode layer without using an etching solution such as a strong alkali or a strong acid. The method comprises: an electrode resist layer formation step for forming a resist layer, for an electrode, which is formed as a pattern of a specific shape on a photoelectric conversion substrate; a transparent electrode layer formation step for forming a transparent electrode layer across the photoelectric conversion substrate and the resist layer for an electrode; an electrode peeling step for peeling the transparent electrode layer that is on the resist layer for an electrode from the photoelectric conversion substrate, by peeling the resist layer for an electrode, the resist layer for an electrode having a peel strength with respect to the photoelectric conversion substrate of 1N or less.
