Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of floor tile production and processing. Provided is a manufacturing process for a porcelain wood-look sound-absorption shock-absorbing floor tile for radiant floor heating. The manufacturing process for a porcelain wood-look sound-absorption shock-absorbing floor tile for radiant floor heating comprises the following specific steps: S1, selecting high-quality raw materials, which comprise the materials of a waterproof base layer, a sound-absorption shock-absorbing bottom layer, a porcelain tile base material layer, an elastic inner layer and an outer waterproof layer, and cutting and reorganizing same according to fixed specifications; and S2, spraying an adhesive onto the surface of the sound-absorption shock-absorbing bottom layer, laying the porcelain tile base material layer on the surface of the sound-absorption shock-absorbing bottom layer, spraying the adhesive onto the surface of the porcelain tile base material layer, and laying the elastic inner layer on the surface of the porcelain tile base material layer. By cutting an edge chamfer of a stepped butt joint part into a rounded corner, the follow-up laying of the floor tiles is facilitated, and a stepped butt joint part on one side of a floor tile can be smoothly inserted into a groove of another floor tile, thereby achieving rapid assembly; an edge designed to be in a rounded corner structure can also have a better safety protection effect during a construction process, thus reducing potential safety hazards in the construction process.
