Abstract:
A manufacturing process for a quantum dot light diffusion plate with a harmful blue light blocking function. The process comprises the following steps: preparing a quantum dot coating liquid (S1); coating the surface of a light diffusion plate with the quantum dot coating liquid by means of an automatic coating machine, and then allowing the quantum dot coating liquid to spontaneously crystallize to form a light diffusion layer (S2); sintering the light diffusion layer to obtain a quantum dot light diffusion plate (S3); jet printing an anti-blue-light layer on the surface of the quantum dot light diffusion plate by means of an airflow jet printing printer (S4); and cooling and cutting the plate to obtain a product (S5). The apparatus comprises a crystal production structure (1), a sintering structure (2) and a jet printing structure (3), wherein the crystal production structure (1) has an side end position in communication with the sintering structure (2), and the sintering structure (2) has an side end position in communication with the jet printing structure (3). The anti-blue-light layer is jet-printed on the surface of the quantum dot light diffusion plate, such that most harmful blue light can be absorbed, the emitted harmful blue light is thus greatly reduced, and the light stability and the light display uniformity are improved. Furthermore, the preparation process is simple, easy to operate and high in terms of manufacturing efficiency.
