Disclosed in the present application are a map construction method, a positioning method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The map construction method comprises: positioning in real time a first position of a first device by means of a positioning sensor; on the basis of first image data collected by a binocular camera at the current moment, determining n target landmark points and a second position of each target landmark point among the n target landmark points in a camera coordinate system; on the basis of the first position of the first device and the second position of each target landmark point in the camera coordinate system, determining a corresponding actual position of each target landmark point in a world coordinate system; and updating the initial position of each target landmark point in the initial map information to the actual position of each target landmark point so as to obtain target map information. The solution updates the actual position of a target landmark point by means of the positioning of the positioning sensor, thus obtaining high-precision map information; and the positioning precision is also higher during positioning.
