Abstract:
Provided is a maraging steel powder from which it is possible to obtain, while reducing Co as much as possible, a lamination shaped article having excellent thermal fatigue life characteristics and exhibiting little deformation after being shaped. This maraging steel powder for lamination shaping comprises, in mass%, 0.02% or less of C, 0.1-0.3% of Si, 16-20% of Ni, 0.1% or less of Co, 2.5-3.5% of Mo, 1.5-2.5% of Ti, and 0.01% or less of Al, the remaining portion being Fe and unavoidable impurities. This maraging steel lamination shaped article comprises 0.02% or less of C, 0.1-0.3% of Si, 16-20% of Ni, 0.1% or less of Co, 2.5-3.5% of Mo, 1.5-2.5% of Ti, and 0.01% or less of Al, the remaining portion being Fe and unavoidable impurities.
