A marine methanol engine injection control system and method, and a transportation device. The system comprises an engine control module (110), a drive control module (120), a signal module (130), and a sensing module (140); the signal module (130) is configured to set a methanol injection parameter; the engine control module (110) is configured to generate a drive enable signal according to the injection parameter; the drive control module (120) is connected to the engine control module (110); the drive control module (120) is configured to drive, according to the drive enable signal, an injector of a methanol engine (150) to inject methanol to a cylinder; the sensing module (140) is connected to the engine control module (110); the sensing module (140) is configured to acquire a state signal of the methanol engine (150); and the engine control module (110) is further configured to obtain a methanol injection amount according to the state signal and the injection parameter, and to provide feedback according to the methanol injection amount.
