Abstract:
Disclosed are a marine propeller replacing method and a ship. The marine propeller replacing method comprises the following steps: hoisting a propeller (2) on a ship body (1) via a lifting rope; rotating a rudder blade (3) so that the propeller (2) has enough moving space; and moving the propeller (2) towards the rudder blade (3) in a horizontal direction until the propeller (2) is separated from a connecting shaft (6) thereof. Further disclosed is the ship, comprising the ship body (1). The ship body (1) is provided with the propeller (2) and the rudder blade (3). The propeller (2) is provided behind the rudder blade (3). Lifting lugs (4) are provided on the ship body (1) above the propeller (2). When it is necessary to replace the propeller, the above marine propeller replacing method can be used to replace the propeller by means of cooperating the lifting lugs and a steel wire rope, thereby the propeller replacement is more fast and convenient, the operation is easy, and the standardization process of the propeller replacement can be realized.
