Abstract:
The present invention relates to a marker composition for selecting a living modified organism, which allows transformation and the production of a target product with neither an antibiotic nor an antibiotic-resistant gene, a living modified organism, a transformation method, and a production method for a target product. The present invention relates to a marker composition for selecting a living modified organism, which can fundamentally prevent a problem with the use of an antibiotic and an antibiotic-resistant gene and produce a target product at high yield, a living modified organism, a transformation method, and a method for producing a target product.
