Abstract:
The present invention provides a mascara comb that allows a user to quickly apply mascara liquid to eyelashes without forming lumps. A plurality of projection elements 12 are arranged on the upper surface of a mascara comb 1 such that a plurality of rhombus-shaped structures are formed. The rhombus-shaped structures are each configured so as to form: a rhombus in which the diagonal line in the axis direction of a comb part 10 is longer than the diagonal line in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to said diagonal line; and predetermined linear gaps that extend in the orthogonal direction and that allow the mascara liquid to be applied to the eyelashes while the eyelashes are combed. Further, the rhombus-shaped structure functions as a speed adjustment mechanism for making the speed at which the mascara liquid flows in the axis direction, lower than the speed at which the mascara liquid flows in the orthogonal direction. The inside of the rhombus-shaped structure is a holding part having a function of holding the mascara liquid.
