Abstract:
Provided are: a mask fitting tool with which a mask can be fitted while reducing contact with the mask body as much as possible; and a mask. A mask fitting tool 10, 30, 40, 60 comprises: a main body part 11 that is disposed on the front surface of a mask body 1 and is formed from a sheet material comprising a metal or an alloy; and one or a plurality of holder parts that are 12 provided to the mask body 1-side of the main body part 11 and are for holding the mask body 1. The mask body 1 can be fitted to a human mouth and the periphery thereof by holding the main body part 11, and can be removed by holding the main body part 11. The mask fitting tool may be imparted with an antibacterial effect by preferably using a copper sheet or a brass sheet as the sheet material.
