Abstract:
Disclosed are a flexible display panel (100) and a method for manufacturing same, and a mask (M'1, M'2) for forming a trench (Tx, Ty) in a flexible bending area (CC') of the flexible display panel (100). The mask (M'1, M'2) comprises a first area (401, 701), a second area (402, 702), and a third area (403, 703) sandwiched between the first area (401, 701) and the second area (402, 702) in a first direction, wherein the third area (403, 703) is provided with a pattern the same as that of the trench (Tx, Ty) to be formed. The light transmittance of the first area (401, 701) and the light transmittance of the second area (402, 702) are the same, and are opposite to the light transmittance of the third area (403, 703). An edge of the first area (401, 701) and/or the second area (402, 702) facing the third area (403, 703) is provided with a plurality of protrusions (404); and each of the protrusions (404) is provided with a vertex angle at the side close to the third area (403, 703), and the vertex angle is not greater than 90°.
