Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mask for strengthening cardiopulmonary function and, more specifically, to a mask designed to strengthen cardiopulmonary function of a user, comprising: a mask body having a breathing space formed therein, and having a coupling hole in communication with the breathing space at one side thereof; a control unit installed in the coupling hole to control air introduced into the mask body; and a fixing band formed on the mask body, wherein the control unit is provided so as to control the amount of air introduced into the mask body, such that the cardiopulmonary function can be strengthened in a way that is tailored to the user, and information according to the user's breathing characteristics and a process of strengthening the cardiopulmonary function through training can be transmitted to a terminal of the user for easy monitoring.
