Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mask. A mask according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a mask body including a cover part for covering the mouth of a user; and a left holding band and a right holding band which support the mask body by the left and right ears of the user, respectively, wherein the mask body comprises: a left holding band insertion part which is formed to extend through the left area of the mask body and maintains the left holding band in the inserted state; and a right holding band insertion part which is formed to extend through the right area of the mask body and maintains the right holding band in the inserted state.
