The present invention provides a mass spectrometer comprising: a sample introduction unit; an ionization unit connected to the sample introduction unit and configured to ionize a sample introduced from the sample introduction unit; an ion lens unit including an extraction lens adjacent to the ionization unit and a guiding lens configured to guide an ion beam extracted from the extraction lens; an interface unit between the ionization unit and the ion lens unit; and a detection unit configured to detect the ion beam, wherein: the extraction lens includes a first extraction lens adjacent to the interface unit and a second extraction lens between the first extraction lens and the guiding lens; each of the first and second extraction lenses has a hollow cone shape; the first extraction lens includes a protrusion protruding from the outer wall thereof toward the interface unit; and the inner space of the second extraction lens includes a first space having a columnar shape and a second space extending from the first space and having a cone shape.
