Abstract:
The present invention performs mass spectrometry of a wide range of target compounds to be analyzed, dissolved in a supercritical fluid. A mass spectrometry device (1) is provided with: a supercritical fluid introducing portion (3) for introducing and releasing a supercritical fluid, in which a target compound for mass spectrometry has been dissolved, into a vacuum; an ionizing portion (4) for ionizing the target compound, dissolved in the supercritical fluid, in the vacuum by means of a molecular reaction accompanied by the movement of protons; and a mass measuring portion (5) for measuring the mass of the ionized target compound.
