Abstract:
Provided is a mass spectrometry device comprising: a reaction chamber (132) into which precursor ions are introduced; a radical generation unit (54) that generates known radicals; a radical supply unit (5) that reacts the precursor ions with the radicals to generate fragment ions and adduct ions; a measurement control unit (63) that measures an ion group including the precursor ions, the fragment ions, and the adduct ions to obtain a mass spectrum; and a precise mass estimation unit (64) that specifies a peak of the adduct ions by searching within a prescribed mass range centered on a mass value obtained by adding the mass of atoms or molecules derived from the radicals to the mass derived from a peak of the precursor ions, and that subtracts the precise mass of the atoms or molecules from the precise mass at the peak of the adduct ions to estimate the precise mass of the precursor ions.
