Abstract:
A massage apparatus, according to one aspect of the disclosed invention, may comprise: a wearable device that includes a housing, at least one sensor which is provided inside the housing to detect a movement range of a user's head, and a fixing band which fixes the housing to the user's head; a seat frame that forms an area for accommodating the user's body and forms the outline of the massage apparatus; a massage module that provides a massage function to the user accommodated in the seat frame; and at least one processor that controls an operation range, an operation time, or an operation intensity of the massage module on the basis of the movement range of the user's head detected by the wearable device.
