A massage head with a heating function, comprising a massage head body (1) and a cover body (2), wherein the cover body (2) and the massage head body (1) are fitted together to form an accommodating cavity (10). The bottom of the massage head body (1) is provided with a connecting base (11) connected to a muscle massage instrument, and the massage head body comprises: a heating component (3), which is arranged in the accommodating cavity (10); a PCB (4), which is arranged below the heating component (3), wherein the heating component (3) is connected to the PCB (4); an elastic touch switch (41), which is arranged on the PCB (4) and connected to the PCB (4); and a battery (6), which is arranged below the PCB (4) and electrically connected to the PCB (4). The muscle massage instrument which uses the massage head with the heating function effectively solves the problems of a massage head of an existing muscle massage instrument only being able to massage muscles without having a heating function, or having a heating function which is required to be started by a manual button switch, leading to the massage head having a single function and complicated operation.
