Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the field of biodegradable macromolecular materials, and particularly relates to a master batch with enhanced strength, toughness and transmittance, wherein the master batch is prepared from polybutylene adipate terephthalate and a strength-, toughness- and transmittance-enhancing agent, which act as principal raw materials; the master batch can be processed into not only a thin film but also a mulching film; and the smoothness of processing an ultrathin fully biodegradable film product, and the mechanical and optical properties and the use stability thereof are ensured, while the cost of a thin film is significantly reduced. The production of the master batch has a simple process and is easy to master, and the resulting master batch has stable properties, can be completely degraded and has a good dispersibility. By adding a small amount of the master batch provided by the present invention and using same in combination with a degradable resin (PBAT+PLA, etc.), an ultrathin biodegradable film product of 6 μm or less can be prepared by means of blowing, and during the blowing of the ultrathin film, a film sheet is easily cut open, the processing stability is improved, and the mechanical properties are excellent, such that same can be widely applied to the fields of thin film packages, shopping bags, agricultural mulching films, garbage bags, classified landfill composting treatments, etc.
