Abstract:
Disclosed are a material cleaning device and a cooking appliance, the material cleaning device comprising a cleaning chamber (90), a waste discharge pipe (100) and a drying device, wherein the cleaning chamber (90) is provided with an air inlet (91), an unloading port (93) and a waste discharge port (92); the waste discharge pipe (100) is in communication with the waste discharge port (92) for discharging waste from the cleaning chamber (90); the drying device comprises an air inlet pipe (60), an air supply component (30) in communication with the air inlet pipe (60) for supplying air to the air inlet pipe (60), and a heat-generating structure capable of heating an airflow transported by the air inlet pipe (60); and an output end of the air inlet pipe (60) is in communication with the air inlet (91) for transporting the airflow to the cleaning chamber (90) and the waste discharge pipe (100). The drying device additionally provided for the material cleaning device can generate hot air, thereby effectively drying an inner wall face of the cleaning chamber (90) and an inner wall face of the waste discharge pipe (100), such that attachments such as residual starch are detached from the inner wall face of the cleaning chamber (90) and the inner wall face of the waste discharge pipe (100) and are discharged along with the airflow, and mildew in the cleaning chamber (90) and the waste discharge pipe (100) can be effectively prevented.
