Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a material conveying device for a phosphorus removal cleaning machine, comprising transverse supports, a flow guide box, a water container and a bottom plate; there are two transverse supports, several movable supporting rollers are fixedly provided between the two transverse supports, threaded through holes are provided on the top portions of the transverse supports, the flow guide box is a conical cavity box, both the top portion and the bottom portion of the flow guide box are open, the top portion and the bottom portion of the flow guide box are in communication, threaded blind holes are provided on the top portions of the box walls of the flow guide box, and the specification of the threaded blind holes is the same as the specification of the threaded through holes. The present utility model, relating to a material conveying device for a phosphorus removal cleaning machine, has the purpose of conveying forged pieces, and then flushing the forged pieces by cleaning same using a hydraulic giant of a phosphorus removal cleaning machine; the conical flow guide box is provided at the bottom portion of the present material conveying device, so that water flow is collected after flushing forged pieces and is then discharged and supplied into the water container, and the water container is detachably and slidably connected to the bottom plate, facilitating replacement and movement of the water container.
