Abstract:
A first plate member (10) and a second plate member (12) thicker than the first have respective plate thicknesses in a second direction orthogonal to a first direction, and each have a first surface on one side in the second direction. The respective first surfaces of the first plate member and the second plate member are flush with one another. The first plate member and the second plate member each have a second surface on the other side in the second direction. The second surface of the first plate member is provided projecting beyond the second surface of the second plate member. A first welded section that connects the first plate member and the second plate member is formed by laser-welding an abutting portion between the first plate member and the second plate member in a state where the respective first surfaces of the first plate member and the second plate member have been oriented upward and the respective second surfaces of the first plate member and the second plate member have been oriented downward.
