Title:
MATERIAL NONADHESIVE TO BIOLOGICAL SUBSTANCES, CURING COMPOSITION, AND ARTIFICIAL ORGAN AND MEDICAL INSTRUMENT USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/067795
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a material that is nonadhesive to biological substances, said material being capable of inhibiting or preventing adhesion of biological substances such as cells and blood components; a curing composition that is usable as a starting material of the aforesaid material; and an artificial organ and a medical instrument using the same. [Solution] A material that is nonadhesive to biological substances, said material comprising polymer compound (A) that contains a repeating unit derived from a sulfobetaine monomer represented by formula (I) or (II). In formulae (I) and (II): R1'smay be the same or different and represent a methyl group, an ethyl group, an n-propyl group or an isopropyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; n represents an integer of 2 to 4; and L represents a linear or branched alkylene group having 3 or 4 carbon atoms.
