Abstract:
A material performance testing system under suspension multi-field coupling action in a supergravity environment, comprising a hoisting sealed cabin (1), a bearing frame (2), a high temperature furnace (3), a mechanical testing device (4), and a buffer device (5). The bearing frame (2) and the high temperature furnace (3) are fixedly installed at the interior of the hoisting sealed cabin (1). The bearing frame (2) covers the exterior of the high temperature furnace (3), and the buffer device (5) is installed at the bottom part within the high temperature furnace (3). Upper and lower ends of the mechanical testing device (4) are connected to the top part of the bearing frame (2) and within the bottom part of the high temperature furnace (3). A sample (6) is connectedly installed at an end of the mechanical testing device (4). The described system solves the difficult problem of material dynamic performance testing under the coupling action of body force-surface force-temperature in a high-speed rotation state. Moreover, the system has a simple structure, and is convenient to operate, is safe and is reliable.
