Abstract:
The present invention provides a material pretreatment system, comprising: a crusher and sorting equipment. A feeding port of the sorting equipment is connected to a discharging port of the crusher; a coarse material outlet of the sorting equipment is connected to a feeding port of the crusher by means of a return assembly; and materials output from the coarse material outlet of the sorting equipment are conveyed to the feeding port of the crusher by means of the return assembly. According to the material pretreatment system of the present invention, crushed materials having the size not satisfying the requirement are returned, by means of the return assembly, to an original crusher for secondary crushing, new equipment is not added, the whole system is small in occupied area, primary crushing and secondary crushing are carried out at the same time, and the same crusher and sorting equipment are used, such that the crushing efficiency of the crusher and the screening efficiency of the sorting equipment are remarkably improved, and costs are lower.
